Service description

Atonomuse is an AI-powered autonomous social media content platform. It creates, reviews, and publishes content to connected Instagram and Facebook accounts on behalf of subscribing customers. Use of the product itself is additionally governed by the terms presented during signup in the application.

Accounts and subscriptions

Creating an account is free. A paid subscription is required to activate content generation and publishing. Subscriptions are billed monthly and can be cancelled at any time; cancellation stops future billing and deactivates publishing at the end of the paid period.

Pricing

Pricing displayed on this site is the current offer. The founding-customer rate (€49/month for the first 100 accounts) remains locked for as long as the qualifying subscription stays active. We may change pricing for new customers at any time.

Intellectual property

All content on this site — text, design, graphics, animations, and code — is owned by CODEGON SRL. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

Limitation of liability

This site is provided "as is." We make no warranties about the accuracy of the information presented. To the extent permitted by law, CODEGON SRL is not liable for any damages arising from your use of this site.

Government and public authority data requests

From time to time, a government body, law enforcement agency, or other public authority may request access to the personal data of users that CODEGON SRL holds. We handle every such request under the following policy:

• Legality review. Before disclosing any data, we review each request to confirm it is lawful — that it comes from a competent authority, cites a valid legal basis, and is properly served. We do not act on informal or improperly issued requests.
• Challenging unlawful requests. Where we consider a request to be unlawful, overbroad, or otherwise improper, we will challenge or seek to narrow it through the appropriate legal channels before any disclosure is made.
• Data minimization. If we are legally required to comply, we disclose only the minimum personal data strictly necessary to satisfy the request, and never more than the request lawfully compels.
• Documentation. We document each request we receive, our response to it, and the legal reasoning and persons involved, and we retain that record consistent with applicable law.

Where permitted by law, we will notify an affected user before disclosing their personal data in response to such a request.

Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Romania. Any dispute arising from or related to these terms is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Romania.
