Data deletion instructions

This page explains how you can request deletion of your personal data from Atonomuse, operated by CODEGON SRL. It applies to two categories of data:

1. Data you provided directly to us (e.g., the early-access waitlist form).
2. Data we obtained via Facebook or Instagram on your behalf once you connected an account to Atonomuse.

How to request deletion

Send an email to vali@codegon.com from the email address associated with your account (or the email you provided on the waitlist). Please include:

• Your full name and the email associated with the data
• If applicable, the Facebook Page or Instagram account you connected (name or ID)
• Whether you want all data deleted or only specific categories

We will confirm receipt within 3 business days and complete deletion within 30 days, consistent with GDPR Article 17.

What will be deleted

• Your waitlist or account record, including email, business name, and survey responses
• Access tokens granted via Facebook Login / Instagram Login
• Page and Instagram metadata we fetched on your behalf (page name, follower counts, post metrics)
• Content we generated for your account (drafts, captions, images, videos, analytics aggregates)
• Support communications and logs tied to your account

Once deletion is complete we keep only the minimum records required by law (e.g., VAT invoices for 10 years under Romanian tax law, redacted of personal identifiers where possible).

What you can do yourself

You can also revoke Atonomuse's access to your Facebook and Instagram accounts at any time from Meta directly:

• Facebook: Business Integrations settings → remove Atonomuse
• Instagram: Settings → Apps and Websites → remove Atonomuse

Revoking access stops further data collection immediately. It does not delete data we already fetched — email us to complete the deletion.

Response time and status

Every deletion request is acknowledged within 3 business days. Once complete, we send a confirmation email listing what was deleted and what was retained (with reason). If we cannot delete specific data — for example, aggregated metrics that no longer identify you, or tax records — we explain why.

Escalation

If you are not satisfied with our response, you may lodge a complaint with Romania's data protection authority, ANSPDCP (dataprotection.ro), or the supervisory authority in your country of residence.
